Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days from date of order (excluding all preorder items). Shipping transit times vary and are beyond our control once the item is shipped by above shipping providers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Returns:

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

• with original tags and packaging intact
• unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, animal hair, and damage 

Customers are responsible for all return shippings fees. Items must be postmarked within 5 calendar days from original delivery date.  

Please allow up to two weeks for shipped returns and 1-3 business days to refund once received. 

Any final sale items are non-refundable/returnable
